レーザーカットは金型を必要としないため、コストを抑えた金属加工が可能です。またプログラム次第で斜めにカットしたり緩やかな波形など、様々な形状加工が可能です。

1-3.ワイヤー加工 / EDM
電導性のある様々な厚みの金属を、真鍮などのワイヤー線に電流を流し融解させてカットします。φ0.2の線径を中心に最小でφ0.05の線径でカットすることができ、複雑で滑らかな加工を得意としています。
アクトメントでは自社で金型の設計から治具の製作まで全体を通して行っているので、金型を外注する費用や設計代などのコストを抑えることができます。
1-6.マシニングセンタ / Machining Center
傾斜CNCロータリーテーブルを使用した掘り込み、削り出しを5面加工で行うことが可能です。工程ごとにセッティングし直す手間がかからず製造時間の短縮にも繋がります。主軸が1万5千回転なので高速切削加工も可能です。製品の金型作成を得意としています。
Digging and machining can be performed with a tilting CNC rotary table in a 5-face machining process. This reduces manufacturing time by eliminating the need to re-set the machine for each process. The 15,000 rpm spindle enables high-speed cutting. We excel at making product molds.

研磨：押しばね等の両端処理等
